This was the first time that I was at Premier. It’s in my neighborhood. I am very pleased with them. I had transmission exhaust tire issues and they gave me a full inspection and let me know about some other serious things to take care of. They weren’t money hungry. They didn’t even charge me for the time they took. They were real professional. They didn’t just get me new tires because I wanted them, but they let me know about other things on my vehicle that might not be Good thank you very much for caring

I have been to Premiere Auto Repair in Worcester on a few occasions, and after my experiences, I will not return. My biggest concern is the lack of professionalism and the quality of vehicle inspections. I paid hundreds for inspections that were supposed to cover multiple components, yet I was never shown specific photos, videos, or other evidence of what was inspected. During one phone conversation with Bethany, she first said the mechanic told her my front wheel bearing was making a noise. But when I pointed out that he was supposed to have inspected the wheel bearing, her story changed and she said that he had checked it and that the left front wheel bearing needed replacement. I found those statements inconsistent and it left me confused about what had actually been checked. I also felt my questions were often dismissed instead of answered. The front desk atmosphere felt unprofessional, and the customer service came across as scripted. Phrases from the man working at the front desk, ‘We’ll take care of you,’ ‘we’ve got you,’ ‘don’t worry, we’ve got you covered,’ were repeated often, but my experience did not match those promises. Every visit seemed to come with additional charg

I talked with Beth over the phone. Great service and very professional. Also, Kevin and the other guys there were able to get me in earlier than expected. Much appreciated! I will be coming back here for more service. Also, the place is very clean and streamlined. Because of my situation they were able to assist me with a payment plan through Snap, a financial loan app, and did the best they could to meet me where I was at. My brakes haven't been this smooth in a while! Thank you!

The team went above and beyond with excellent work, fast service, and incredible flexibility to work around closing hours just to make sure I got my car back on time.
